We publish the calendar upfront so you can plan accordingly, However, situations happen, and we understand if you can't make a session. In this case, I invite you to reschedule directly with the trainer for a 1-on-1 coaching call.

The expected commitment is about 4 to 6 hours per week between work on the project, Scrum activities, and the learning modules. This is part-time, recognizing that many people have full-time work commitments. You can schedule your activities in the morning, evenings, or weekends, if that suits you.

In addition, you have 2 coaching calls each week.

No prior experience as Scrum Master is necessary, nor any knowledge of technical tools. No IT/coding experience needed.

However, in order to make the program richer and more valuable, we strongly recommend having a recent knowledge of the Scrum frameworks, and a certification (for example, the CSM, or equivalent). Knowledge of Scrum is required.

Although having your own account on Miro is not required, we highly recommend creating one.

The basic account is free. However, in order to import the Miro board used for the class project, you may need to upgrade to a paid account ($8 to $10 per month, cancel when not needed anymore).

Unfortunately, I cannot make any guarantees that you will find a job after taking this course. It would be unfair for me to claim otherwise because so many factors influence your ability to find a job, including your experience, background, commitment, etc.
